Wonder if they'll go the competitve e-sports approach this time. I hope they dont, Blops 1 had far superior maps to the more e-sport focused Blops 2. Not to say it didnt have good maps but maybe let the devs design the maps without input from the "pros".

If it's the near future like BO2 was I won't be too disappointed if it's done right. None of that exo bullshit though.

Having said that treyarch are making the game that activision is telling them to make so i won't hold my breath

What I've heard its a cyborg warfare similar to Titanfall. Running on walls boost jumps to traverse the map (halo style maps).

Less emphasis on gun balance as well.

It wouldn't surprise me if they do go the e-sports road. Treyarch have always been very supportive of eSports and Vonderhaar is on a friends basis with a bunch of pros and eSport team owners and was also at the Call of Duty Championship recently.

No snapchat today, a lot of the recent ones seem to be showing old black and white footage, World War 2 era stuff.
Maybe they're hedging their bets and concocting a storyline that ties in events from WWII to future warfare?

Either that or finding a way to re-write history to a point where exo suits were used in WWII...in which case I'd probably lose faith in humanity.

Although it has a massively click-baity title, it is a very interesting video. The whole thing about the alternate universe where the Doctor from the zombies actually succeeds kinda makes sense when you look at the snapchat videos.

Still not very sure about it though, the mention of 24v24 doesn't sound right to me. Unless he meant to say 24 players, but even with that it would mean dedicated servers are a massive necessity and once again I don't see Activision forking out the cash.

I had pretty much the exact same thoughts as you, my friend. I'm not fussed with what they do, I'll always end up playing the game til it's death.

The amount of people still playing BO2 compared to Ghosts/AW that struggle to matchmake and find a lobby tells the story really. Treyarch "know" how to make a game.
I'm a regular on Black Ops 2 on Xbox 360, apart from the amount of times I get hit offline; league play is one of my favourite things and I hope they expand on it this game. I loved the score streaks in this game.
