Scheer had this election handed to him but he’s going to lose. For the past year and a half or so I thought he’d get a majority easily. It’s looking like a Liberal minority. May even be a coalition.

I dont think you understand the argument. People arent (well the decent, rational ones) having a go at him over something as minor and utterly irrelevant as "blackface". They are having a go at him because of his weapons grade hypocrisy.
