Wow, looks like Wood actually knew the words to the team song as well. He played a good game, will keep his spot for next week.

We also played terribly, but who knows it was probably due to their pressure and run.

Knowing them they'll beat Geelong in rd19.
Without the media bashing they copped the week we played them I doubt they win.

They will cop another bagging after tonight and put in a much better effort against Geelong. Wouldn't surprise me if they win that game.

Amazing coach can't believe he was cast aside.
<definitely has the runs on the board, has succeeded everywhere he's gone (although jury is stilll out on current stint). Not a fan of the pseudo-intellectual ramblings and / or throwing the toys out of the cot at the press conferences, though. Not that he'll lose any sleep over that...

goals from umpiring ended up turning full circle back to carlton and ended up breaking north.

i hope people remember carlton have challenged a few of the top sides before losing close ones, and don't fall into thinking how this was just an off game from north.

can't pick waite, can't leave him out of the side.

Good to hear he did well, always liked him when he was with us, was starved for opportunities and it sometimes seemed like he didn't have the absolute determination to make the most of the few he did get.

Hawthorn were to arrogant and didn't look at how other sides had beaten North. Simply slow the game down and posses the ball and their players will go to sleep and allow you to move the ball forward with ease.

Thats what happens when youve got no stars to stand up when it counts. Harvey just died in that last half and so did North. Still relying on a 35 year old to get them over the line

It's also easier to report over. What fun. :)
If someone seriously reported a post because that person said "Norf", then the person reporting it needs to harden the **** up. It's the internet.

Was honestly refreshing having a ruckman that provided a contest and worked around the ground and actually hunted the ball.

While Warnock has been getting bulk hitouts, that's all he has done for weeks and half the time they were straight down the throat of opposition players.

Happy to see if Wood can follow it up next game.

Quick, somebody report Twitter!
