Panthers shouldn't even think about taking a QB in 2025 nfl draft anyways will likely get the same result as they did with Bryce. So need to fix up team so he has protection, weapons and a d to help next QB.
So it would work out well if they able to get arch in 2026 nfl draft but like people have said no way they family allow him to play for the shitstorm that is the Panthers and Tepper.

Think about what Eli didn't want to play with

Chargers had
Young Ladainian Tomlinson was coming off 1600 rushing yards 10 tds
Backup RB in Michael Turner
Veteran Wideout in Keenan McCardall
Antonio Gates
Solid Veteran Oline
Good D

What do Panthers have ?
Plus i think Tepper fires Canales end of season or worse, midway thru season 2. Rinse repeat

Andy Dalton showing that Bryce Young was indeed the problem.
I was 99% sure it was. That's twice now Dalton has played in the past year and we have looked 100x better. Happy for Canales that we are looking respectable, always believed in him.

People informed me Bryce Young didn't even have a chance lol.
National sports media are ****ing useless, all the numbers regarding pass blocking and WR separation said he had plenty, but nah, make up some bullshit coz you have a narrative.

Compare that to Bryce who looks terrified to make a throw past the LOS. Thats the difference more than anything, its a mindset. You have to have a bit of IDGAF in your play as a QB. Scared money dont make money as they say in gambling.

Pass blocking grades basically the same yesterday as they were for the first two games with Bryce starting. Oline is actually good. Hunt and Lewis have been great signings, both graded over 85 in pass blocking.

THE PANTHERS HAVE THE BEST INTERIOR PASS BLOCKING GRADE IN THE NFL, let me repeat, THE PANTHERS HAVE THE BEST INTERIOR PASS BLOCKING GRADE IN THE ENTIRE LEAGUE.

For how long was it the norm in the NFL for new quarterbacks to be on the sidelines for years learning before getting games? There's a reason it was like that.

On another note, it looks like it'll be the Panthers that get smashed in the SB when the Chiefs get their 3peat. Looking forward to the sB doco about it.

How much to get Bryce to the Raiders to test him out?
In answer to your question above, according to Jonathan Jones from CBS, the Panthers had 4 teams interested in Young and the best offer has been a 4th round pick (like I guessed 🎓)

Horrible defense now ravaged by injuries to make it even more horrible, possibly the last time we see Shaq Thompson play in a Panthers uniform (fears of an achilles non contact injury) and Jewell looks to be out for weeks too. ZERO pass rush.

**** Tepper for changing it from a grass field to turf.

Having said all that, the game was watchable at least, offense was more than fine. Some bad drops by Diontae, Legette and Mingo but meh, Legette showed some nice flashes in an expanded role.

Another decent showing from the offense. Some shocking drops, but ah well, at least we are competitive now.

Just need the defense to stick a ****ing tackle. My god, that was consistently dreadful yesterday.

Yeah defientely more glass half full than half empty after this loss. The negative being we have no idea wtf we are going to do at QB moving forward and the defense is a long way off being respectable, the positive being im sure we have the right coach and thats a great starting point. Canales offense looks pretty good with competent QB play.
