If the people involved in said gang are unmarried, then yes it can be be the same thing. Also, could you please provide the evidence you have that proves it was a 'gang bang'?unmarried sex and gang bangs are slightly different, but i wont trouble you with the nuances of bedroom politics here...
An "orgy" is very commonly seen as involving a lot more than three people. Saying "gang bang" implies there were more people there than those known to have been involved.from urban dictionary...
"Gang Bang
1) An orgy with one female. "
are you suggesting there were multiple females in the room?
Anyone else heard the rumours about a now senior female footy journalist who got up to all sorts of things on a tour of Ireland?
Maybe Caro could look into that one?
I'd actually tap Caro given the chance. A mention of our Premiership during the vinegar stroke would be in order though.

RARELY have the double thtandardth at play in the AFL'th internal dthiplinary thythtem been tho expothed ath they have over the patht fortnight, onthe it became clear that Collingwood'th premiership thelebrationth had been well and truly tarnished by a packrape allegation.

The handling of thith dreadful thituation by both the AFL and the Magpieth thince the accuthationth by a 20-year-old female thtudent came to light leth than 48 hourth after the dethiding grand final, hath been - to be generouth - perplecthing.
sick to death of journo's and trolls etc trying to wipe the grin off the face of us collingwood people, If something illegal went down so be it when the time comes we will deal with it, but, hellloooo!! does she know exactly what our players did ? was she there was she ? or is one of her sources a fly on a south melb wall? please!!!
As I said all these things will be dealt with if something illegal went down but whether it did or didn't, listen here you anti-collingwood dingbats, the premiers of 2010 = collingwood jump up and down , scream and bitch , the premiership is ours
If this alone doesn't warrant a red card , then what does?... rape did occur and the players named are guilty...
\If something illegal went down so be it
you see, whether something illegal happened or not is beside the point...
the case will revolve around the collection of evidence and the formalities of the legal process, not whether or not something illegal happened...
thats all ive been saying all along... it doesnt matter whether or not he r*ped her, all that matters is if the police can prove he did so...
and there you have the floor in the system...
Couldn't agree more freak. SOHO what you propose is nothing less than trial by rope - lynch mob justice. FFS keep your assumptions to yourself and at least try to imitate you believe in justice by law.No it isn't! You opened by saying they almost certainly r*ped her and that you wouldn't have an issue if they were sacked by the club immediately!
And you have NFI if they even banged her or were just there! That is insane and could only be said by a highly unstable or incredibly dumb person!
The system is flawed no doubt but it is the best system we have! And don't for a minute think people get done for rape when they are innocent either!
It happens!!!
Not as often as guilty people getting off but we live in a society that would prefer to have 100 guilty people acquitted than send 1 innocent person to Jail! And I'm glad we do! As bad as injustice for a crime is, it does not compare to having an innocent person convicted of a crime they did not commit!
I think i know the point you may be trying to make but you have failed so badly in articulating it and have made such completely insane statements that you do far more harm to the victims than if you just STFU and said nothing!
Lolz davy so true but its either the horse or flog herself as usual

I think Soho didnt explain his point of view as clearly as they could have but your reaction is equally divisive.
If we took the Collingwood players out of the equation for a minute as that has inflammed a lot of views.
Rape is an under reported crime and even when reported convictions are difficult to obtain. Our legal system is not suited to looking after rape victims. Its a harrowing experience and many victims come out wishing they had never reported the crime. On the flip side there are false reports made but this is much less common
I wouldn't comment on this case but the truth of the crime of rape is most perpetrators get off the charges even if they are guilty. Thats a given in any system where the burden of proof is "beyond reasonable doubt".
In rape this is very difficult to prove more so than most other crimes
So there is something in the claims Soho was making even if it wasnt well expressed
