I know the majority on HTB found this hard to believe, but I never viewed my opinions as actually being pro-EFC. That's just the way I saw the evidence, and I could never understand why these so-called experts were seeing something that I just couldn't see.

It really is hard to see ASADA appealing.

Their whole case was based on hearsay, wild speculation and the interview transcripts of persons of ill-repute who had stated that they had no direct knowledge of EFC's supplements program from the very start.

Furthermore, it's obvious that ASADA's new modus operandi was to bully players into taking deals in exchange for admissions.

On this occasion, they found themselves going further into the process than they had first planned, being too clever by half, but playing with the careers of footballers in doing so.

Agree, & as Ings just said on radio - they had 4 weeks to present their evidence & the Tribunal overwhelmingly ruled against them.

Time for everyone to move on.
