It appears that Fev is a done deal at Narre. Former housemate of Hammo's. That is going to make the premiers hard to topple.

Dont get too excited, every club outside of the AFL will be chasing Fev with alot more cash than Narre will have to offer plus dont 4get Fev is good mates with Aussie Jones & last played at Beacy b4 joining Carlton.

Will be interesting to see if & where Fev plays, can see him heading to States to play NFL, depends how much he luvs his kids i suppose.

Fev played 1 senior game at Beac and played most his juniors at Narre. He classes himself as a Narre boy. Not a strong friendship with Aus either. We will have to wait and see P/H. John Aidrie making a strong approach with job offers etc. Do you think it will come down to money though if he is getting around $700,000 for the year from Brissy anyway???

It seems Tooradin have picked up some handy players;

The Tooradin-Dalmore Football Club would like to announce the signing of Ryan White from the Maroochy-Northshore Football Club for Season 2011.

Ryan is a dual League Best & Fairest Winner and has been, until moving to Victoria, that clubs captain for the past 5 years. Ryan adds to the Tooradin-Dalmore squad further leadership and experience, and with him on board the club will arguably boast one of the best midfields in the Casey & Cardinia competition in Season 2011.

Also returning to the clubs midfield is Rory Gilliatte, another league Best & Fairest winner in Ellinbank. Rory has recovered from injury after playing with us in 2008, and many around the club have been saying that he is in the best shape of his career.

Tooradin are also pleased to announce that club favourites Paul Ray and Rod Cochrane have both committed to Season 2011, after only playing a few fill in games in Season 2010. Paul will enhance our side in defence, with Rod ‘the ball of muscle’ no doubt destined to be part of our midfield rotation.

Now we have the best midfield in the league, we also wanted to ensure first use of the football. To finish off playing list announcements (for now) we’re pleased to announce that we have reached agreement with Ryan Kitchin to join the club in Season 2011. Ryan is a 6 Foot 7 ruckman from Koo Wee Rup, and at only 22 years of age was one of the best ruckman in the Ellinbank Football League in Season 2010. Ryan has made the move to improve his football, stepping up to the Major Casey and Cardinia Football League. HE finished Season 2010 with 3 Best on Grounds in a row, and no doubt aims to continue his form at the next level.

It's great that they are strengthening their senior list. I hope they are putting the same effort into getting an Under 18s up and going this year after their poor effort on that front last season.

I haven't seen Brewster player, but there's some info here;

White seems like a real talent, can't wait to see how he goes.

That story is about Nathan Brewster, it's Danny that has moved to Noosa. Nathan is still at Dusties along with the oldest brother Shane, who is the coach. Danny has played the last 2 seasons at Dusties, was at Narre before that (as they all were).

Bit of movement in the CC league.
D Robinson from Berwick to Kolora-Noorat Football Club in the Warrnambool league.
C Kennedy from Tooradin back to Buln Buln in EDFL.
K Jones, D Roy, J Brown, M Brown all from ROC have gone to Pakenham.
A Soumilas has left Narre Warren PreSeason and gone back to Drouin in the GFL.
K Fletcher, 2010 ROC coach, had a clearance approved to Beaconsfield, but may move clubs again to Mt Evelyn in YVFL, to play with his brother.

Good info The LAw - where did you get your info on Fletch?

Just word on the street in Mt Evelyn, also I heard a few ROC players have also gone to the Mounts this year.
Also C Kelf from Beaconsfield to Kyabram FC.

Interesting to see Faik go to Berwick. Mark Ladgrove was pretty confident he would stay with the Doves.

Fevaleaki sound like a good player. I'm not sure on Pakky this year as they've picked up a few, but they have also lost a fair bit of quality.

Paky will be ok dont worry about that. Big Jones has been slaying them pre-season, as well as another big fella down back in Cole. Cooky is as fit as ever and Dane Roy and James Brown have slotted into midfield beautifully.

ROC will have to struggle, I saw an advertisement the other day seeking players, can not be a good sign.

Beacy have lost a few, but still have their quality players their. Kelf will be a big loss. Interesting that craig jackson has come back as 2s captain.

Berwick have recruited very well, that new young ruckman will be great for them, they will be the big improvers in my opinion.

Go Lions!

Yeah, I'm a big fan of Dane Roy. Apparently he was chased by a few VFL clubs during the summer.

I agree that ROC are in trouble. It's going to be another long season for them.
