I'll go with Bungaree and Gordon in the Qualifying Finals. Season records suggest they are two most likely Grand Final teams.
Carngham Linton is probably too quick for Dunnstown.
Toss of the coin between Hepburn and Newlyn. Which team can get closest to their best lineup on the field? Perhaps the ex BFNL veterans will get Newlyn over the line.

2012 Qualifying Final
Hepburn finished on top, Daylesford fourth.
Daylesford won 11.10 to 10.12
Hepburn then beat Waubra in a semi before losing to Buninyong in a prelim.
Daylesford won their prelim against Bungaree and defeated Buninyong by nine points to win the flag.

Great win by Skipton and also Dunnstown. Was at the Newlyn Hepburn game, hadn't seen either team this year. The hailstorm that came through was massive for about 10 minutes during the third. Well done to both teams for fighting through, Hepburn looked pretty comfortable most of the game 20-25 points in front. Should be two good games this week

Playing for the "Robbo" cup 🤣🤣

Borchers signed back on as Creswick coach.
Scoble returning as Carngham Linton coach.
Jarrod Morgan in his second stint as Buninyong coach, joint role with Joel Ottavi.
Wilkins stepping down at Dunnstown with Brad Whittaker taking over.
Fisher reappointed at Hepburn.

No word of anything happening at Beaufort. Jones going around again?

Waubra yet to announce an appointment.

Skipton yet to announce Banwell finishing but I understand he's told people he won't be coaching in 2025.

Clubs across the league are almost settled with their coaching appointments. Let the recruiting wars begin.

Who wins on the weekend?
Top four meet again but different matchups. Gordon vs Bungaree looks like the GF brought forward a week early thanks to Bunga's first week finals stuff up. Gordon to win and go for a record third consecutive flag?
Daylesford's veteran brigade or Skipton's East old boys? Perhaps the Easties will prevail?

Hoping for Bungaree and Skipton.

What's the latest word on the coaching market. Haven't heard much out of Learmonth in there search and still no word with what's happening at beaufort. I see skipton have joined the chase also.
Is there much going around in good senior coaches that could be up for grabs?

Said for a while that Banwell would finish at Skipton this year.

Heard nothing about Beaufort so assuming Jones is going around again.

Rick Andrews is the new coach at Learmonth. Very experienced in seniors, juniors and talent pathway.

Wouldn't be a bad job to take over from where they are.

Any word on if the rumours are true of a mass exit of "big name" players from c/linton?

Also hearing buninyong and springbank could rise fairly quickly next year $$

100% Springbank will be right back up the ladder next year. Wonder who you'd have to come out of the top 8 for them to go in? Potentially Buninyong too as you say, obviously too early really to predict but an interesting thought.

I'm not convinced Springbank will even need to spend much money to bounce back. New coach with major league experience coupled with a good run with injury and they have the list to make an immediate return to the eight.
Buninyong would be looking to the recruiting group to add some players. View themselves as a big club and expect finals. Will be going hard to return to the eight.
Learmonth would be expecting improvement under Andrews as well.
Haven't heard anything about Carngham Linton losing big name players but if they are then they're immediately a candidate to drop out of finals.
Could it be that Hepburn are at risk of falling out? Bet the recruiters and Fish are warming to their job out there.
Newlyn? Some older bodies were struggling late in the year. Need some youth to stay up?
Imagine if Daylesford won the flag, lost their Centrals recruits and fell straight back out of the eight.

I think for Daylesford to drop the money would have to dry up which won't happen next year..by the looks still spending big on football and netball.
