It's not the Central Highlands tribunal. It's an independent body that handles tribunal cases for CHFL, both BFL senior and junior leagues and the MCDFNL.
CHFL: Sheppherd cleared for semi-final

HEPBURN premiership player Brendan Sheppherd has been cleared to play in this weekend’s Central Highlands Football League second semi-final against Gordon.
Sheppherd faced the Ballarat Central Independent Tribunal last night on a misconduct charge involving Daylesford trainer Paul Warren in the fourth quarter of Saturday’s qualifying final at Dunnstown.
The Burras’ key position player agreed he had made contact with the trainer after an alleged insult, but Hepburn advocate Trevor King successfully argued that Sheppherd’s actions were not at the level of misconduct.
Ballarat’s tribunal board deliberated for more than half an hour on the case.
The tribunal said misconduct was difficult to prove and warned Sheppherd, a player with 25 years’ experience, to curb his anger on the field.
“You’ve been lucky and next time you might not be so lucky but we hope there will not be a next time,” the tribunal said.

They hope he will curb his anger!!! Was this incident with the trainer before or after he allegedly kicked a player on the ground and before or after he went over the fence to get a bit back at a spectator that abused him??? Clearly there wont be a next time.
Very lucky to get away with the attempted kick and lucky there was no video .
I also hope the Gordon boys caught the news tonight , Hollywood showed no respect and plenty of arrogance . Very unlikely but it would be great to see Gordon get the job done.
Could we see Hepburn implode, Coach punching cops ( rumor ), player kicking opposition players (attempted), shoving water boys, jumping the fence to attack supporters and now Hollywood disrespecting the opposition. The foundations might be starting to wobble at 19th street or somewhere nearby.

Well it seems we have many out there who want to dance on our grave. Unfortunately for you people we have to be dead for that to happen. Something that will not happen in the near future. A few things i would like to clear up. It is easy for you all to sit at your key board with your alias names and throw mud. Make up what you like you idiots as i bet you all feel really tough posting utter crap, that you never have to be held accountable for. All the lies and inuendo mean absolutely nothing unless you put you real name to it. As for Shep. I am the Hepburn runner and some of the crap he deals with is an utter disgrase. Last week it came from all angles. Players is fair enough. What gets said on the field by the players to each other is usually good banter. But to have to put up with some of the vile comments from opposition officials and crowd is stepping over the line. I wonder how you heroes would react. As for the kicking incident, i have it on good authority that Shep was the receiver of the kick and not the kicker. Maybe this story started from the same person as the one who started the Robbo drink driving story. The person must be really proud about starting that one. Absolute lies again. Hope your proud who ever you are. Now you want to go Hollywood. Get a life. Hepburn will always respect Gordon i give you the tip. We will never forget the way they helped us out in 2000. Finally all you morons. Keep giving us more ammunition. You may just be giving us that drive we need to go back to back.

You couldnt have said this better. When you play at Hepburn you never get vile comments from the crowd there always very nice and make you feel at home.
And as for Shep
Hahahah. Hepburn people, complaining about supporters/officials yelling abuse? You have to be kidding. I've first hand heard u pack of uneducated, toothless sacks of **** resort to racism and personal attacks on a weekly basis. Get a grip mate..
As for Shep. The tribunal has shown there is no penalty for jumping the fence and going supporters? Talk about setting a precedent!
So to be sure Lindsay are you saying Robbo wasn't done for drink driving over weekend? It is a rumour indeed but a curious one as it'll no doubt affect where he decides to coach next year??? And we know he ain't locked into hepburn.
And I'm pretty sure you can take all the slaging and dancing on your potential slide down the ladder as a back handed compliment so relax a bit, we don't want you all worked up in a tizz for the weekend.
If you have a quick look at the Courier website from yesterday, a Wayne Robinson from Daylesford was caught drink driving and in a fight with police. Perhaps this is where that story came from, a good old case of mistaken identity!!!

Preliminary Final 1 (highest ranked on ladder winner qualfying final 1 or 2 vs winner second semi final)
Sunday 4th September
Preliminary Final 2 (lower ranked on ladder winner of qualifying final 1 or 2 vs winner first semi final)
If you look at the fixture, the U/18's & Seniors have the highest rank winners from qualifying finals playing on the Saturday which is correct, however the reserves appears to be incorrect.

Stupid comment from a stupid person, if you have a look back you will see i didn't write that. I also wouldn't say he's overated , hes an out and out gun but a cocky arrogant gun .
I'll be going to the game next week because the winner will win the grand final Hepburn V Waubra. It's difficult to produce the perfect formula but it a shame the two best teams all year play each other in a knockout final before the grand final.
