Most of the teams in CHFL struggle. terrible standard of football. a fair few good players but too many shit players put down the standard of the league. Hepburn bunch of overrated spuds. D ford overrated as well. Ballan boys look set for a good season.

that is a good point they have lost a heap of players from last year.

Gordon didnt fill a full side of 18's and had a few 15's running around but either did Clunes and it was a pretty convincing win

HAHAAAAHAHA! Doh! Sorry about that. It should have read Aaron....How did ASH actually go and where are the Ballan Pearce Brothers playing now?

Ash went great. Pearceys both played in the 2s and had a heap of it. Would be playing 1s but they only trained about twice between them for the whole pre season. What a waste

i think creswick will have a good line up this season with big hepworth and the antonios and a few handy under 15's players moving up like ash morgan and pearce antonio and new players like matt lewis and teague wilson

yeah from what i have heard easily top 4. i would like to see matt lewis playing in this team, i hear he was a good on the weekend. but hepworth, just guides the team. takes best marks.

A whisper getting around the league that Liegh Wilson did not line up for the Bunnies on the weekend because he has signed up with Rokewood to play SENOIRS!!! surly this is untrue and is laughable

any shed any light?

i went to the springbank creswick game and hepworth stared all round the ground while pearce antonio held up the back line and ash morgan presenting great leads from the foward line

Waubra recruit Tom Grigg has suffered a broken leg playing for his home town club of Ouyen on saturday. Out 6-8 weeks, did all teams escape from serious injury after round 1?

watched the dunnstown learmonth game on the weekend pretty shit game but best players i thought were learmonth nankaviell, coleman , and the two brothers. dunnstown ,hardefelt, dunne, crone , mullane

Nankaville will win best and fairest if liam heppworth doesn't. he has amazing tackling from all the ruby his been doing for australia. good skills.

Not sure where the came from but I watched the game and Nankaville hit 20 odd targets all but once and got caught once trying a bit too hard....(pretty good for someone not touching a ball for what did they say????? 2 years????).....Coleman held every mark, Dunne was more than handy.....and the umpiring was pretty good too. BUT................more importantly.........:DGlad footy is back on and we can see everyone can enjoy the talent of all the kids getting out there and having a go for the love of their clubs and the love of the game......
