dogtalk iv read all your posts and you seem to talk about mike sacco alot your either or him or his manager. Iv watched every game ballan have played this year and dont think his got near it. being ex ballan player and heard the amount money his on (500$) i think they are goin down the sh*&^a real quick. was supposdely playing on luke adams on weekend and didnt get hand on him. Thats a bloke that on half amount cash his on.

To ballan board I`LL LACE THE BOOTS ON FOR THAT COIN
would have to agree with you hotdogs that sought of money u should be blitzing and i seen the game saturday and he aint no $500 player, luke adams toweled him up and it werent even one of his best games, bad move ballan got all these recruits in, they will be gone in a few years wif all your money, we have seen they r not loyal they left newlyn with out even hesitating:thumbsdown:

Does anyone know how the giant ukranian ruckman Jack Savige has been going so far at new club Daylesford? Saw i bit of him in the LPFL, used to dominate that league no ruckman could get near him. Also was known to dominate the tiles on a saturday night after the game
yeh he is going well CRAFTY, word has it that he didnt even get a go in the ruck saturday, think he has been playing down back, its good to c a diffrent nationality take up our great, cheers 4 the ukrains:thumbsu:

Yeah just like Davis pring savage etc will do at daylesford...they jumped off pretty quick from there clubs. Pretty good getting a lecture from daylesford people..why are you even in the chfl...nearly went broke in the bfl. Should be the most dominant side in the league but still not up to hepburn waubra learmonth standard when it counts. try mcdfl... might pull 1 off there.

Hotdog, you probably played in the under 14s and struggled. I will keep an eye out for you on the track.

also as for az sawers from dunnstown played for st bedes mentone last year who won the flag in B section amo's so quite a drop in leagues' coming to the CHFL. the kid can play as shown with a best on saturday. will be to quick for a number of the CHFL on ballers

the towners two from two, is this sawers a quality on-baller that can help build a serious push for the top 5? your thoughts fella's, or is it a bit early to tell with dunnstown? the league seems fairly even at this stage however...

Thats my opinoin and i stick by it.

As for asking scotty for game. Couldnt do any worse
"Opinion" that's a joke more like slagging off
You obviously have a problem with Sacco & don't have the balls to front him so you get on here were you can hide behind an alias and slag off about him

Why is it all the Best Players & know it alls are spectaters ?

Comments like these just go to show how little you know
The amount just keeps rising at this rate the rumor mill will have them getting paid Thousands by mid season
I wonder why it wasn't 1 of Luke Adams best game's could it have been because Sacco did his job
Game Stats maybe you should check them

Fiction make a better story than Fact, or is it just easier to slag off with bullsh*t

Just moved down to ballarat and am interested in the league and especially waubra, want to find out why luke archie and clinton mcintyre didnt play seniors on the weekend i hope it wasnt because they were already legless from the night before. Those 2 blokes have real problems i heard they did the same same thing at starnaud a few years ago, took the cash and then pissed off in a real hurry after each game. Can someone give me an update on where those 2 r at??

Those two blokes don't have any problems as far as I know. McIntyre only decided to play this year 2 weeks before the season started. In my opinion he is in the best 22 but needs to earn his spot back via the peckers. Since his return, he hasn't missed a beat and wouldn't be too far away from getting a game in the ones.

Tea Bag isn't too far off playing seniors either but being a backline player it would have been difficult for the coach on the weekend to find a spot for him with quality recruits Landry and Gilmore both playing back.

As for the cash, I doubt either of those players have asked for any coin, but I wouldn't know.

Moved to Ballarat? Give me a spell Col. I thought you got the shakes when you come within 2 km's of the St Arnaud city limits. Clinton McIntyre told me to tell you to get F#$@ed.

There seems to be an awful lot of Ballan slagging off going on here lately.......... I'm not a huge fan of them but whats brought it all of a sudden??

Also was very interested to read the courier describing McKay as arguably the best player in the league, not argueing no doubt he's a gun but just wondering everyones opinions on who the best players are.... say a top 5.... and who the best young players in the league are??
I hear that daylesford have a gun kid who's about 15 or 16, and i see that there are 2 powells playing well for learmonth,

L Adams (Dford) Absolute Gun- Professional and skillful
B Shepherd (Hep)- Tough as nails, great leap, quick/Play both ends
S Winduss (Dford) Best ruckman due to size. Makes Dfords midfield
A Mckay (Hep) Dangerous around goals. Plays taller then what he is
W Veldhuis (Lear) Best backman in comp. hasnt been beaten in CHFL
J Adams (Dford) 4th part of a potent midfield- Gun player, and is the most respected player at Dford- Will poll well in league

He didn't even ruck for them last year in the games I saw. Stasse and Head did it all.

Tim McKay is the dominant ruckman in that league when he's not playing forward. Jardine and Coxon were 2nd and 3rd best IMO.

He'd only be 6-1 to 6-2 tops. Daylesford wouldn't be rucking him would they?

Good call. Have a think about it mate. Pring and savage had been at their clubs for at least the past four or so years. So the way country footy is these days thats not to bad. As for davis. has been back in victoria for a year and with his old man living in daylesford and coaching he made the move up here and im pretty sure he wont be jumping ship anythime soon. I have no doubt about your intelectual levels Attilla_the_gun, very, very low. And have a look why we are in the chfl, maybe because we are smack bang in the middle of the district. Once again another well educated answer. Yeah we could have been the most dominant team in the chfl last year, but when you lose up to 13 regular senior players from the year before, to do what we did was a pretty good effort. So this is probably a rebuilding stage for the club, so to be in such a strong position whilst rebuilding does show that the club is on the right track. From what i have seen from your post so far, your knowledge of footy resembles that of a decrepit fool. So neck up and get your facts straight meat axe and go hang around with your window licking mates

From what i have seen:

A. McKay- A level above this league
J. Adams- Probably the best ball winner in the league
L. Brown- Best Full Forward by a bit
B. Shepard- Versatile and very damaging with or without the footy
S. Uhi- Unstopable if he was in a top 3 team and would be the difference between a premiership
S. Winduss- One of the best ruckmen playing in country footy, record speaks for itself
R. Knowles- When fit one of the best at setting the game up from HB
S. Mullane- Classy with the footy
T. Nesbitt- Most flexible player in the comp and can play anywhere and dominate
G. Handley- Wins alot of the footy and uses it well

Sorry if i missed anyone that could be in it

Well said Crusader, just sounds like sour grapes to me - would like to know how he thinks he knows the financial situation of the club from 2 years ago. Any educated person knows the non-affiliation of juniors was a far bigger threat to the club than anything financial. Now we have great juniors on board & the future is looking very bright. Not to mention depth with that awesome reserves team!!!

Played in the game on the weekend and agree that Sacco was in ballans best. You people have to remember that there is only a certain amount one player can do when his team is being totally dominated. So as an opposition player, i dont give a sh.it what sorta money he is on, as long as he plays as hard as he can and hopefully his team mates do the same.
That goes for any player in the league, big money or not. If you have the team mates that can stand there own, then anyone can be made look good.
I dont mind ballan as a playing group but it was just a couple of meat heads that ruin it for them, namely number 13. And this was expressed to me by 2 of my ballan opponents for the day. So good luck to them.
:thumbsu:

I dont know who u think your talking about i dont think i have ever been through starnaud but when it comes to those 2 blokes u will have to first try and get clinton to stop rooting blokes and arcibald stop rooting horses

I know clinton mcintyre for a fact wouldnt play with out ripping off some poor club

Dunnstown are traveling ok Sawers is as good as any of those other blokes named in these blokes top ten he'd be the quickest in the CHFL. this week will c how good they are

I heard he was injured for most of the year last season and wasn't fit. Was C/lintons only ruckman in 2005 and 2004 and seemed to jump all over his rivals when he was fit. Wasn't too good in the boundry throw ins though due to his lack of size and upper body stength.

from wot I reackon
J Gilbert- tough as nails hard to stop
A sewers- great skills pace like no other
A Mckay- goal sneak there hard to find
S mullane- runs forward and back
L. brown- any 1 who can kick 100 has to be good
J Reid- big target and makes a good contest have to be good to stop him
C Mcguigan- fast and dangerous up forward
R Cahir- always kick 2 or 3 and always when they need him
L Adams- never plays bad has 25+ posis. every game
S Uhi- just a freak
coach Robertson

Those 3 blokes shared the ruck last year but the year before he was the interleague ruckman for LPFL and got best on ground. Coxon was injured most of last year never got the chance to see him personally, Jardine ok tap ruckman but Savige always had him covered around the ground. Would definately be a good back up for Winduss at Daylesford
