Good list, I'd have Curran as 1, I'm not sure if he'll play a game though. Against the absolute cream of the crop in the last 2 games, he was head and shoulders clear of any cmfl footballer.

Nieeld if he plays the whole year is in the top 10 players. Rankine should be top 20 and I think herlihy will have a monster year and win the betts if he stays on the park.

My man, Arnold should be top 10, if I was in the Bendigo, gv or ovens and murray looking for a ruck, he'd be at the top of my list

Yep really showed the league what he was made of and to stand up in big finals and perform like he did just shows there is no ceiling on the potential career he can have hopefully at a higher level.

Completely forgot about those two also might just have to delete that post and start fresh šŸ¤¦šŸ¾ā€ā™‚ļøšŸ˜‚

Still think McDonald and Anderson are better, get around the ground more with good skills.

Trent have you watched a cmfl game live in 2024?
Herlihy is not even in the top 30 players let alone Jack Betts worthy. Kirby didnā€™t fire a shot all year against the best sides, curran dominated 2 games out of 18 or 19 that he played.
 
McDonald is the best Ruck in the league by that far itā€™s not funny. And yes Curran dominated but he also doesnā€™t get the attention that the Jye Barryā€™s and Joel Helmans get every single week as their teams key midfielder. Need to see him back it up this year. I think Iudica is stiff to miss also

I have had to speed up my top 30 as a couple of others have beat me too it!
Had to include Arho at 31 as he is a force to be reckoned with.
End of 2025 could see H.Thompson, D.McGregor and Z.Omeara assert themselves as stars of our competition. McDonald as the clear number 1 Ruck in the league. Cannot wait to watch Tommy Toma do is thing for the Kangas again, bonafide star.
I have also included Drew Lloyd because nothing is confirmed with him yet.

I havenā€™t seen enough footy up home live in recent years to be able to pit a list together but am loving seeing what you guys are coming up with.

Iā€™ll be home more this season and will be able to have a good look at those you have all named

Arhoā€™s biggest challenge will be playing the season out
 
I just cant wait for footy to start again.
1. So that the kids are more tired on weekends.
2. This season coming i think there will be some great footy across the board, possibly one of the better years in a while.

Iā€™m not sure it will be one of the better season. Tyntynder have lost half a team will struggle, Swan Hill donā€™t look to be much better, Kerang have lost over 15 players they have depth but will be weaker. Balranald have lost a lot of high end talent which will lead to them sliding down the ladder. Lake Boga are finding it hard to recruit so wonā€™t be much better. Raiders have gained a lot of new players but coming from a long way back and losing Mitch Christensen isnā€™t good.
The top end of the ladder will be great to watch with some very high end talent coming in but I feel we will see more blow out scores in 2025

They may not look good now, but who knows soon and also, with other teams bringing in players, who say there going to gel together as a team, then injuries etc.. who knows what could happen. Last year seen in the colts a bottom team beat a top team, seen team come close to winning in the seniors that were near the bottom..

I think you are all underselling Nield a little bit. Was a gun in the GV so I think youā€™s will find he will be higher rated than the 20s by end of year
