Adams, Bastinac, McKenzie, Black, Warren, Brown and Firrito can all go and get ****ed.

Bring in anybody, they'd surely do a better job than the above listed players.

I have a feeling..just a feeling.
That brad scott completely forgets about the teams performance come Thursday evening, and walks into team selection with the same team line up from the previous week, and makes up his own highlight reel within his head.
To which he is then reminded that several players are injured..so he further creates more highlight tapes for reserve players

Ben Brown gets a reprieve for me not a night for tall forwards and the delivery was horrible.

Outs McKenzie, Warren, Black

Ins Dumont, Hansen, Wood

Even Dumont would give more than McKenzie( 4 possessions from a full game lol). Jacobs must play all 4 quarters from now on. Black cant come back until he puts 2 good games together.

OUT : Mckenzie Warren
IN : Hansen Dumont(!!!!!)

give jacobs a full ****ing game too

I'll wait until Thursday night before making any further comments. Assume that Hansen will be OK for next week and therefore that's one change but there better be at least 2 more. If not I'll stay home and watch it on TV where I can get stuck into the grog to dull the senses if required.

Wait for every one to tell us how they were the best 4 possessions if all time. Is staking a claim to be the worst North player of all time. But is guaranteed a game next week because our coach is a w***er.

The funny thing is that Warren didn't get the pill, but at least his opponent didn't tear us a new one. McKenzie is like a Xmas present for the opposition.
Exactly.
We all complain when players like Atley do not man up and get goals kicked on them. Then a first gamer mans up and stops his man but only gets one touch and they are still not happy.

Not sure he had a goal kicked on him. Played on the classy Mayes a lot of the game and he had only 10 touches and no goals.

Had 2 or 3 good goal saving spoils in the last.

He did his job and beat his man. How many of his team mates did that tonight?

You all realize we play Hawthorn next week, dont you? You are crazy if you think we will have so many changes. You are also crazy if you think bringing in one or two first gamers will benefit them in the long term. We will have minimal changes again this week, and that should be the case. On notice, will be players like Warren, Adams and Black, but we wont be making more than 2 or 3 changes.
Brown struggled badly tonight, but the conditions hardly suited him. He may be out for Daw, but to be critical of him is wrong. Others didnt do much either. The club is not going to bring in Dumont for such a tough game against the Hawks. Jacobs was good, so should stay in.
People are complaining about gifting games for people who underperform every week, yet the same people want Harper to play!! Go figure! Hypercritical or what? Harper hasnt done enough to deserve a game. All players should be tearing it up in the VFL to get a game, ala Jacobs and Anthony. Players in the AFL who are playing poorly should be put on notice, but unless someone steps up to replace them, what should the club do. Many people complain about such a policy, but when Tarrant comes in, and performs badly, and is even injured, people complain even more. You simply cant have it both ways.
I hope Wood has a cracking game tomorrow, and earns a spot in the AFL next week, but once again, we are playing Hawthorn. It wont be easy, and the Werribee players will be coming off a 5 day break. Unlikely, I would think.

Out:
  • Warren (I don't know who thought it was a good idea to bring him in, clearly not ready)
  • Brown (Doesn't really look like he will ever be a good AFL footballer)
  • Bastinac (Just hasn't looked the goods this year at all)
  • Black (same as Basti)
  • Adams (same)
  • Bmac
In:
  • Hansen
  • Daw
  • Dumont
  • Wood
  • Harper (goes against rewarding form, but hey, if Scott's gonna pick unwarranted players it may as well be him)
  • Whoever wants it the most.

So the opposition should dictate selection just because they are good? Reward good VFL form and equally reward horrible AFL form regardless of the opponent.

Brad will play it safe this week, no way will he may massive changes against the hawks, he doesn't have the balls too.

Of course the opposition dictates who play. Just like the weather dictates who plays... You wouldnt play 2 or 3 first gamers against a top team. Common sense!!!!
