I’ve been banging on about this since last years final series. Cox has to start in the middle in every qtr
he started in the 1st, 3rd and 4th, Cameron started the 2nd. that’s where they got their momentum, that’s what almost cost us a grand final berth.

Adams for Lipinski and Frampton in for McStay. Frampton can play multiple postions Ruck CHF FB he can rotate with Cox Cameron and Howe in those 4 positions.

It's possible we bring in Frampton and play him in defence, maybe moving Howe forward. I'm a bit wary of Frampton as a defender in the biggest game though.

My preference would be to go with Krueger as a wildcard up forward. Need someone more powerful than Cox or Frampton up there. Don't expect it to happen though and probably fair enough, hasn't played enough senior footy.

Kudos to Dan McStay.

Since returning from injury in Rd18, he has kicked 17 goals in 9 games (8x 2-goal games, 1x 1 goal) and taken lots of contested marks.

Dreadful to miss the GF but I’m sure his absence will galvanise and motivate the team to finish the job.

None of the options are ideal with AJ out of the picture. I have a feeling we will regret playing Cox, Cameron and Frampton in the one team and moving Howe out of a settled back six.

I think it's either Freddy or we change tack and go small up forward

His opponent would likely be Hipwood… not exactly a slippery forward. I would have been quite favourable to bringing Frampton in against Brisbane either way, but now it just seems a no-brainer.
