Honestly? Treacy should’ve considered again to play Logue’s role up forward if Pearce is out.
This is a tough game, and we need Pearce v Buddy and Reid.
Lobb, Tabs and Treacy would be nice.

How far off is Western ? Think he’s close to a chance given how poor Colyer has been. Last chance really.
Wdym last chance? Western isn't there yet but he is building nicely albeit he did have a quiet game today. I'm bullish on him and I'm sure the club can see what he's capable of as well. Top bloke IRL as well.

Chapman for Hughes is a no brainer. If there's no room for Wilson in the backline, chuck him on the wing. I'd rather Wilson on a wing than Hughes.

And I'd rather Wilson in defence than Walker. Wilson's inclusion has made our run from the backline significantly better. Clark has had his two best games in purple since Wilson has been in.

Even if all of Pearce, Acres and Chapman are available I'm not convinced we bring all 3 in.
Maybe they make Acres have a run in the twos but the other two are 100% playing, did you watch any of Peel today? Chapman is a long way above the level.

Sonny quiet, but kept harassing & putting pressure on. The old Sonny would have turned the toes up because wasn’t getting possessions. 👍 Wilson uses ball well, got hammered when came off man to support teammate & took over from Pearce in organising backline . Has to stay I say .

Whoever goes out is a bit stiff. Chapman is a must. Plus there’s Pearce to bring back in (fingers crossed).

Think Hughes had an underrated game. Some really important contests when the ball came out hot from our defensive 60. And Banfield had a solid game.

I meant last chance for Colyer.. feel like he hasn’t been the same of late. It’s a tough side to break into, and Colyer shouldn’t be getting too comfortable.

Walters wasn’t our worst for a change.

But if we are going to keep playing him, we need to be honest about his abilities. He can longer take a contested mark. Kicking to him in a contest is just an instant turnover. Need to put it in front of him, or only kick to him when uncontested. And he needs to stop asking for the ball when he’s got two players on his tail. You’re not catching it mate.

Took 2 very fine contested marks (second only to Lobb). Agree, we shouldn’t be asking him to do that, but he’s still a pretty good contested mark for his size.

Yeah our forwardline still needs to work on a few things. Walters' role in the forwardline should be the cream. Hard to do that when we bomb it to him and he is outsized by a defender. Freddy getting come consistency will help with that.

Where’s the banfield out brigade

Keep him in this week

Logue vs buddy rnd 2 ?
No, thanks. 6 goals and could’ve been more. Logue isn’t the right match up for him.
Logie will have a tough night on Buddy.

Swans will be hard to beat at home
Exactly. Really wish for better KPD depth. Hamling is just so out of sorts, poor guy. His career went pear shaped after that ankle injury.

Chapman and Pearce in. Banfield to sub, Logue to forward line. Not sure out of Walker or Wilson to go out.

Can't really put Henry in unless there is an injury.
Acres perhaps give him a week at Peel as it seems to be the way we've been rolling, otherwise if he's ready, in for Hughes.
