thats saying something about waubra then, most likely a finals outfit with no players in the top 20 means they a team that works well together....

joel doesnt play full back he plays half forward flank and occasionly in the middle when alex briody is puffed out. Bryce dowler is the one who plays full back and he tries to torp it out of the back 50. the key word there is tries

Alot of good players here, debatable that its the team of the year, but, you can't really make a team of the year with the best players in the comp.
e.g. kris sandford at fullback. kris doesn't play full back thus he shouldn't be in the team of the year as full back, but in the position he plays weekly
The team of the year full back should be the best full back in the comp, and though he might not be in the best players in the comp, he is the best at that position. Right now the team of the year full back would be "the d'ford fullback" haha whats his name again?

Fair call but sandford doesn't play a back pocket!!!!!! if your making the team of the year, the players must play in those positions weekly!!!!
you dont see afl all australian teams have a ruck man on a wing, or a full forward playing a back flank!!!!
