He didnt take the Wellness tests. Clearly they didnt apply to 20 year+ veterans and only to the newer blokes. Im sure Vince turned a blind eye in the special cases like Benoit

I find that hard to believe! Especially since WWE (TM) is a Public Company, and has hundreds of stockholders watching EVERY SINGLE MOVE like a hawk!

BUT it is a (slight) Possibility

I read that one earlier Kane, however back to the point ive been trying to point out all day... We DONT KNOW what those messages read... (or even if they exist) and until we find out, we its not really fair to pass judgement

I dont know to be honest... all im trying to do is be that Neutral view that's trying to keep the peace! Because frankly... no one other than those involved with the Investigations, have any other information that points either way...

The Facts we have:
1. All 3 are dead
2. Its LIKELY an inside job, because of the Guard Dogs roaming around the yard.... An "Outside" Job isn't ruled out, as it only takes someone that knows the dogs (family friends..etc) to get past un-noticed
3. There are no external wounds to indicate Stabbing and/or Gunshot.

For all we know, they could have ordered takeaway, and it was poisoned!! WE SIMPLY DON'T KNOW, BECAUSE NOTHING ELSE HAS BEEN CONFIRMED

That wouldn't surprise me. Benoit was really only close to Chavo and Dean Malenko.

At 10 p.m. Monday night, Lt. Pope held a press conference in conjunction with Scott Ballard, the district attorney for Fayette County. The press conference officially ruled authorities’ findings as a double murder-suicide from within the home.

WAGA, a FOX-owned and operated television station in Atlanta, reported that investigators believe Benoit killed his wife and 7-year-old son over the weekend, then himself on Monday.

I think we can put a line through your poisoned take out theory.

I do hope you understand the point i was making when i mentioned the takeaway though!! because that point is still active, and still correct... we simply Dont know yet!

ALSO! "Apparently" Toxicology results should be in by 3am our time.

While it does sound very disturbing, they have not yet confirmed that this is infact what happened

Get your RIP Chris Benoit of your posts. The guy is scum, killing a little 7 year old boy, his own son, imagine the terror that child went through. Benoit is a piece of s hit and I hope he rots in hell for eternity.

a wikipedia edit at 4:01am american time (18 hours before the family were confirmed dead) saying that Nancy was dead, which of course was edited straight after as no one even knew.

Its a lost cause here Majestic (when you read this tomorrow) People just dont seem to understand that what happened, one way or another, hasn't been confirmed yet!! Until then, i will continue to pay my respects to the WRESTLER, Chris Benoit!

Maybe I shouldn't say this but IF it was a double murder-suicide. Why should we and the WWE be paying respect to Chris Benoit. I suppose they can respect what he has given to the company because he was a fantastic wrestler but if he killed his 7 year old son and wife then he deserves no respect. I am hoping that this isn't the case but it has been reported so.

Lets face it, irrelevant of the circumstances surrounding the death, the WWE has lost one of its greatest in ring performers. and in that aspect, He deserves all the respect in the world....

The other issue, on the otherhand, depending on which way it pans out...well... Who knows!


As far as WWE programming from here on goes, Raw and Smackdown will be basic Wrestling... No Storylines, No Gimmicks (to an extent, i mean, Edge is still going to carry his championship out to the ring IF he performs) Just matches, and FACTS up to the time of Taping...

The fact is people are capable of doing anything in the heat of the moment. Just because Benoit may have killed his family for whatever reason under whatever condition doesn't make his death any less tragic, it's tragic that he himself succombed to performing this horrible act.
