Either the speculation is true and Yarran is worth nothing (like we got for Cousins), or it is untrue and he is worth a first round pick. I don't see any middle ground in terms of trading for McKinley and/or Hansen.

The middle ground is the possibility that he doesn't have any serious issues with the law, but is desperately homesick to the extent that he's never going to perform well at Carlton.

I cannot remember the last time a rookie has been subjected to the amount of rumours this kid has been put through.

If he makes it in the AFL it will be a massive testament to his hard work. I wish him all the luck, no matter where he ends up playing (AFL, WAFL, Country leagues), but I would seriously hope that people would show him respect and leave his personal life alone for a while.

I also dislike people that post online and state they cannot name their sources, but something from 2 months ago, wrong crowd, maybe relatives...."NOT HARD TO READ BETWEEN THE LINES".... Oh sorry, I cannot say anything.........Court order and all....

Wirrapunda was given permission to go home many times as a kid and look at the benefits of showing a little compassion have had for the Eagles. He is an amazing footballer and person, but he still needed the support in the initial years.

A very good point of view that hopefully those, who have been critical of him and seem to think they know all there is to know about the boy, will take note of your post.
