Found this game just the other day and the premise and game itself is fairly simple - try and trap the cat within the circles which you highlight. Though being simple, its bloody addictive and can easily take up a few hours - check it out!

Fun game. You can win most of the time by... chequerboarding the likely directions he's going to head to - he's programmed to go in the shortest direction to the exit, so you can manipulate him into going towards mostly blacked-out areas. At that point it's just about staying a couple of steps ahead and using the pre-blacked circles effectively.

I think (think) some games may be impossible to win because of the positions of the pre-blacked squares. Although that might just be my own ineptitude.
