Clarko cant coach the Hawks forever. both he and the club will need a change eventually...look what happened when Sheedy hung around for way too long at the Bombers

i wouldnt begrudge him going but i'd like to see the club name a successor that can spend at least a year with him first.

Tbh, I have no problems if either Bolton or Ratten are being groomed to be the successor. I hope both stay on, whichever doesn't get it would be good insurance as back up to have if it goes pear shape. But that's hopefully 2-3 years down the track, haven't really given it that much thought (I'm easily distracted by shiny cup-shaped things).
