IWe just need a fair process and wait for the outcomes of it before we say who is guilty and who is innocent. It is not "wokeness", the allegations are serious and have to be taken seriously.

But look at the process - not serious - haven't even considered Fagan and Clarksons positions - haven't even spoken to them. When police conduct investigations the FIRST people they go interview are the suspects.

So no interview, no contact, then an invitation to a mediation where they're told there will be a "truth telling"... truth according to who?

The process stinks and assumes truth on one side and no right of reply or consideration...

I've said before, I believe the players' allegations but this investigation has been screwed.

Preliminary findings should always be presented to the accused, the fact that it hasn't is at odds with the way investigations should be run.
Any breach of procedural fairness renders any finding open to challenge so it actually screws all parties.

Not sure but its often a case of where there is smoke there is fire but never the less he is still innocent until proven guilty.

If the claims are proven then I guess it comes to, is this something that all players endured or just the indigenous players, I've never heard any other mention of Fages or Clarkson being racist, if it was all players then it's shitty and wrong but not as bad as if this "policy" was only directed at the indigenous players, IMO.
