its not bullying when you make up the results of a medical scan and post it as news, and then when the player responds that they haven't even had the scan yet, you proceed to argue with the player that they are wrong.
this is a guy who literally makes things up and posts them as news. making fun of his rubbish and often fabricated 'news' is hardly bullying.
