That how you sign RBBrowns signed Nick Chubb to three-year, $36.6 million extension with $20 million guaranteed.
Chubb is arguably the best rusher in football. In 2020 Chubb led all running backs in Pro Football Focus' breakaway percentage, repeatedly delivering on his big play ability. He also led all running backs in PFF's elusive rating, showcasing the ability to force missed tackles and pick up extra yards. Chubb also led the league in NFL Next Gen's rush yards over expected per attempt, demonstrating an elite ability to consistently succeed on his attempts. Literally the only weakness in Chubb's game is his receiving ability. His career yards per route run is just 1.04 and last year's RB27 finish was his career high. Kareem Hunt, who is signed through 2022 will continue playing heavily on passing downs. The league's most talented one-two punch is now in place through for at least the next two seasons.

That how you sign RB
Yeah he’s an all round star, I’ve never been more torn about signing a player, love the guy but you can’t pay RB 15 million a year, this seems perfect and only 3 yearsChubb is a good team man. Could have waited and asked for way more.
It's smart. 3 yr contracts seem best given how players can gripe about their contract and demand a new one or trade me (x howard) after only two years into a 5 yr contract. Both player and team have more flexibility with 3 yrs. Also, keeps player hungry to out-perform it for a new contract. 5 can be a lazy motivatorYeah he’s an all round star, I’ve never been more torn about signing a player, love the guy but you can’t pay RB 15 million a year, this seems perfect and only 3 years
