No. Play him at CHF. His shots from 20m out make everyone connected with Collingwood feel ashamed. If he takes one from 40m out I think "well he tried".

The reason he misses the close ones (this applies from everyone) is because he doesn't practice them. I've seen him in warm-ups and in training on TV. He always takes his warm-up shots from 35m or more. Same with Dawes. He takes his from 50m out from RHF. Does he ever miss them? Rarely.

There' no shame in just spending five minutes or so take pot shots from close in. He should try it.

Good point, I play a lot of golf and always spend the half hour before my game on the putting green holing easy 3 foot long putts over and over again to give me confidence. The worst thing you can do is spend half an hour missing 20 foot long putts.

If we'd had 1% better delivery to the forwards and 1% better return to the forwards we'd be the premiers today even though we had about 12 players who will be relishing the chance to play the way they would have liked to on Sat. If the Pies weren't such a good team, that would have been the flag that got away. If we can play as well as we did, and with the same intensity as in the two earlier finals we'll smoke 'em.

No team changes. Better at the bounce and across the centre. Smarter delivery to forwards and more goals to the forwards will see us home.
