Give a few years and the ammos will have a legends comp!!!

Snakes v OP - OP to do it easily
Hawks v CARDINALS - going with the richmond boys here as they will test the hawks
Kew v TP - TP to be tested in a close game
BT v uhs - BT to bounce back
ep v OG - Og's turned it on last week and will continue form

Good Luck to all sides this week

Thoughts boys, this week looks like it should shape the ladder a bit with BT vs Kew and TP vs OG.

Big matches as well with EP vs UHS showdown and the Richmond derby.

Can anyone of the section 2 boys let me know what's going on with TP. Their Section 1 side gets smashed by 30 goals (winless) and their Section 2 team wins by close to 100 (undefeated).

Are these two teams run independently or is it just another case of a club stacking their second side just win a flag?

The blokes playing in section 1 must really get a kick (pardon the pun) out of getting smashed each week.

In my book it reflects badly on the club as a whole.

TP told me divi 1 team is the thirds to their senoirs and the divi 2 team is the social clubbies team. Whilst defending TP is the last thing i want to do the divi 2 team is the same crew who ran around in North comp last year and earned (if thats the correct term) there spot in Div 2!

Whilst competitive in Div 2 they would get smacked in Div 1.

Rant, sources at TP are also confirming your story that TP has a 4s (clubbies) side for all of the older guys who have been playing in nth div for years. The 3rds are the feeder for the 2s & 1s. TP did not field an U18s side this year either

It looks like a good idea and shows initiative by the club to hopefully create some good longterm depth

Shouldnt the TP divi 1 team have been put in a thirds comp not clubbies then?

Got some interesting games this weekend. Tips are:
Hawks should smash OP.
Kew over BT.
Going with TP in a close one over OG.
Cardinals to beat Snakes in Derby.
Based on members sections advice im tipping UHS over EP in an absolute romp!

oh crap now we are fav's i cant go into a game with that pressure

Tips for this week

HAW v op - hawks to stay unbeaten
UHS v ep - UHS to open their account in a close one
kew v BT - BT to run over the top in the last 1/4
TP v og - tp in a close one in the mud
CARDS v snakes - going with the cards in the derby

Good luck to all sides

They have that freckly kid that was good last year. looking at the list I think his name is nolan?

D'arcy kicking a few goals and Logans a plenty in the best?

I think the 4 might be pretty much set in stone now.

Hawthorn and Old Geelong looking the goods

but work can be done by the richmond cardinals and therry penola

You get rolled by EP and drop off the radar. Then you come out and take down Kew.
The big question is can you take down the might of the little red bird.
How is the deck at Brens holding up?

Sorry for the late late reply it's hard sometimes fitting in footy, drinking state of origin & big footy!

Eley park def looked alright against us I think maybe 1 or 2 blokes back from the 2's, the 1 guy out of ret(who had about 30 kicks) plus a ff who had done way too many bicep curls & chest presses for clubbies footy. It also showed with there result this week. Good on them

We had a couple of new blokes to the club during the week plus the seniors & ressies were close to full strength. We got off to a flyer & managed to hold on. Was a massive night at the trivia night at brens. Gota beat the snakes now to hold off the spoon! Nah things are looking good everyone is enjoying themselves might be a few wins yet.
