Docker sinks anchor at Hawthorn

Hawthorn announce that some class has been added to their midfield with the key signing of Paul Hasleby.

We had to part with our highest pick of no 12 and a fourth round pick however we believe its well worth it to gain such a quality midfielder.

I'll take over as Bulldogs coach for now, so anyone wanting to trade with them ask me ditto with Essendon until the coach actually replies so if you want to trade ask me ill post the players that are tradable.

The Lions and the saints have come to an agreement by making a double trade. The trade was Albert Proud for Jayden Attard, and Matthew Moody for James Gwilt

All players are happy with the move. Proud and Moody wanted to live in Melbourne, while Gwilt wanted to live in the glamorous place of Brisbane. But Attard has a different story, after being with the Lions in 2005 he got delisted at the end of the season. He was a rookie for the saints in 2006, but then he got promoted to the senior list in 2007 and played a total of 19 games he missed out on 3 after suffering a knee Reconstruction. But Attard said he wants to move back to Brisbane and be with the club he has always loved..... The Brisbane Lions.

The Tigers add a Ruckman!

Big Will Minson is making his way over to Tigerland, after having a poor 2007 season Will has been traded from the Bulldogs for Jarrad Oakley-Nicholls and Pick 67, the Tigers are very happy to add to the short stock of Ruckman at the club and after not being able to secure John Meesen earlier in the week they are excited at the possibilities for this big bloke, the 22 year old averaged 8 disposals and 12 hitouts per game in 2007 but played only 6 games.

BREAKING NEWS!!!

Tigers add depth!

Richmond have completed a deal with the Essendon Football Club for young tall Kepler Bradley, in the exchange Richmond traded Travis Casserly.

"We are happy to be adding Kepler to our team, he is tall and mobile, he can also play at any end of the ground, although not many people rate him we can see him having a good career with the Tigers."

I reckon we could have the Pre-Season and National Draft's on the same date, there wouldn't be a huge amount of people who are going to be picked up in it, I know I already have my pick lined up but I am not sure if many others would.

Carlton Looking at last minute trades

With the trade dealine fast approaching Carlton are still looking for trades.

Some names that have been talked about leaving the Blues are

Nick Stevens, Andrew Walker, Cameron Cloke, Cain Ackland, Kade Simpson.

Rumours that a good enougfh trade could also prt Bryce Gibbs away from Carlton

Breaking News

The Lions and the Blues have come to an agreement for a straight swap involving Jared Brennan for Kade Simpson.

Both players and clubs are happy with the trade. Brennan Will Be looking to add height and skill to the blues forward line, possibly in defense aswell, while Simpson is looking to add even more Pace through the lions super midfield, and possible be used as a half back flanker to provide drive to the forward line

Brennan a Blue Plus more good news for Carlton.

Brisbane and Carlton have a agreed to a trade which will send the multi talented Jared Brennan to Carlton for midfielder Kade Simpson. Blues officials are extremely happy with this trade feeling a change is just what Brennan needs to help his growing career. We wish Kade all the best at the Lions.

With this trade comes further news that Bryce Gibbs is not interested in leaving Carlton and has signed an extension to his contract. One reason being his liking of added responsibility at Carlton.

Word also has it that this trade will make it even harder for teams to pry Nick Stevens away from Carlton.

W.A Rivals Complete Mega Player Transfer

The West Coast Eagles and Fremantle Dockers have completed a mega trade that sees Chance Bateman, Matt Rosa draft picks 15 and 32 go to Fremantle and Chris Tarrant, Josh Carr and Marcus Drum to the Eagles.

The Eagles no doubt are dissappointed with the loss of young star Matt Rosa and new recruit Chance Bateman, but the offer was just "too good to refuse". The new Eagles will meet up with the group tommorow for it's team bonding session at club headquarters.

Eagle Star Looking For Last Minute Trade

Eagle star full forward Quinten Lynch has requested a move away from the Eagles, it is understood Lynch is unhappy with the signings of Fevola and Tarrant which will take the focus off himself when the Eagles go forward.

The Eagles have tried to convince Quinten that he is a vital part of the forward line but to no avail. The Eagles will seek a top midfielder for the goalkicking forward, if the trade goes ahead.
