Interesting classification of clenbuterol. It is actually a stimulant first and foremost yet they classify it as an anabolic drug. This is an important difference as one is banned in and out of competition and the other is banned only in competition.

I'm not posting this as an excuse. Regardless, the players should never have used it and deserve to be punished if the B sample is positive.
