Actually Hawthorn is the modern powerhouse, and they actually did win 3 in a row because unlike you they aren't pretenders to the big 4, they are so far ahead of you in the line it's not funny, you just disappear back into your 4 decade funk from here

Richmond are like the little kid trying to convince the older kids he's big enough to hang with them, there's an air of desperation, and it's because when you do look at the record you are slightly better than middle of the road, not that there's anything wrong with that

Richmond, the biggest club in the land, is so in your head that you've changed your avatar to celebrate a preliminary final win from last year. Who knows, Richmond may have ended up losing to West Coast anyway.

I'm pretty happy with 2 flags in 3 years though, something Collingwood have not achieved since the Great Depression when the VFL had 2-3 clubs capable of winning it. These days, it's an 18 team comp, salary cap and draft. Very hard to win (as you'd know).
