Given that the odds of any of them being regarded as any more than late or rookie picks other than McGuane are low, I’m not sure there’s going to be a lot of lost sleep over that.

In rough conditions this morning, Oakleigh had a practice game v Eastern. Eli kicked a bunch, could have had 5.
For those worrying about Eli and his physical peak, I wouldn't worry.

Tough to give best players due to heavy rotations (32 players) and conditions.
Harper McCollough, Chandler Siegel and Condello good mids. Destefanatis v good on the wing. Eli is a gun. Should’ve kicked 5. Adam’s and Bond solid key defenders. Little JT was excellent again as a small forward. Alexander and OCallaghan dominated the ruck.

I know you are trying, but he’s an exciting talent. Like most 15 year olds, he only lacks that urgency to go at full output all the time. He has size, skill, and competitiveness to succeed. He is v smart and reads the ball in the air so well. In an AFL environment he will thrive
