Poor choice. 2-1 with one to play. No chance to win the series. Unstable and lazy batting lineup and largely ineffective bowling lineup.

Trescothick
Langer
Ponting
Vaughn
Clarke (just over Pieterson)
Flintoff
Gilchrist (has been the better keeper runs will come from else where)
Warne
Lee
Harminson
Jones

take away Vaughns 160 and his only made 100 in 7 innings.

and Mcgrath will take Harminsons spot if he plays in the 5th and has the better test match.

And I hate to say it, but on runs alone, Jones would have to get the keepers spot:)

Hmm, he'd have to have a few negative runs for the catches/stumpings he's missed though. Mind you, Gilly has missed a few too. Pretty ordinary efforts from both glovemen throughout the series, so I'm not sure which one I'd pick overall. Might leave this one for the 5th Test to decide on a place in the combined side. :p

1-Langer
2-Hayden ----- (better than Trescothick and Strauss)

3-Ponting ---- (one of the best in the world)

4-Martyn ----- (see Ponting)

5-Clarke ---- (Flintoff overrated slogger, Pietersen unproven)

6-Katich ---- (Flintoff can stick to pyjama cricket)

7-Gilly - (obvious)

8-Warne (Giles! HAHA)

9-Kaspa/Lee
10-Gillespie
11-Glenn --------- (all better than pom bowlers)

We have a winner! :)
