The Carlton Football Club is delighted to today announce that Katie Loynes and Kerryn Harrington have been unveiled as the Club’s co-captains for the 2020 AFLW season.

Alison Downie, Sarah Hosking and Nicola Stevens will join their co-captains in a new-look leadership group for 2020.

Harrington IMO.

Would love to see Katie get the honor but think we may go down another path given she probably only has one more year left in her.

Voted Harrington but would not be disappointed with Loynes.

Loynes is a worthy candidate but we need to look for a longer term option.

Voted for Loynes because I love her lead-from-the-front style, but didn't realise she was already 33 until mentioned here.

Would be a bit remiss to think too short-term here and Harrington does seem like the best option.

Both will be great leaders for our club, much like Crippa and Doc are. Jumping out of my skin for the next AFLW season, hopefully we go one better this time around
