A while back a Hawthorn flog whose name had something to do with horsies started a weekly poll to determine the mont embarassing footy-related event of that round. Then he got lazy and/or died and it stopped

Now accepting nominations for round 1, poll to be added later. Some suggestions:

• Richmond for not being able to score enough points to defeat Carlton
• Carlton for choking their 3rd game in a row in the dying minutes
• Chris [not Brad] Scott for saying he wouldn't make excuses then going on about the MCG turf which 7 other teams also played on

• Brions for giving up the biggest score of the round after being talked up yet again as contenders

• Horf for losing by 10 goals to Essendone
• STK fans for getting excited about beating Freo in Melbourne

Seriously it has to be the Crom.

Almost every other club (yes including the Suns) would have put the Gnats to bed after quarter time, yet the soft serve camry forwards like Wank-Line bottled it to such an extent that would put Jennifer Keyte to shame.
