There's a 70 odd page thread on list management discussions on the main board. This is not the place to post hypotheticals about Hawthorn list management. This thread is intended to be a "one stop shop" for tracking current player contracts.

Adding the new recruits. More hearsay than I'd like them to be, but the Hawks tend not to publicly announce the contracts of players traded in

Chol: 4 years (2027) plus a trigger for a fifth season (2028)
Mabior Chol will join Hawthorn on a four-year deal with a trigger for a fifth season once a trade is negotiated reports, SEN’s Tom Morris.

Massimo D'Ambrosio: Two Years (2025).
Essendon also tried to convince D’Ambrosio to remain but eventually allowed him to take up a two-year deal with the Hawks after receiving late picks in return

Jack Ginnivan: Four Years (2027)
Ginnivan, who met Hawthorn on Tuesday afternoon, has a four-year contract offer in front of him from the Hawks.

Hawthorn announced today that Lachlan Bramble, Fergus Greene and Ned Long won't be offered contracts in 2024

Wingard and stephens delisted but we are committed to have them take up the exisiting 2024 contracts on the rookie list after redrafting them in the rookie draft. Allows further National draft picks to match father son or nga bids.

Blancky gets another two years, to 2026

Ethan Phillips put onto the list from Box Hill via the SSP. Assumedly just gets a contract for the season

Pinned post won't be updated until later when it becomes public, but seemingly Frosty has done enough to get the trigger to roll onto next year.

The 30-year-old signed a two-year contract extension in July 2022, with a trigger for a third season.
Frost is on track to hit that extension for 2025 after a strong start to the year that might see him poll plenty of votes early in the Peter Crimmins Medal.

A bit of other Hawks' contract news updates also with Dimma, Nash, CJ, Breust and Wingard mentioned
Blake Hardwick and Conor Nash are both free agents this year but are yet to re-sign with the club. Negotiations are slowly progressing with Hardwick, but Nash parked discussions until the midway stage of the year. Both are expected to remain at Hawthorn. Luckless half-back-wingman Changkuoth Jiath is also out of contract with those conversations not expected to progress until he returns to the park. Dual All-Australian forwards Luke Breust and Chad Wingard are both building towards AFL returns from different injuries, with calls to be made on their futures beyond October later in the year

When the Hawks traded in Lloyd Meek, I could never find any public announcement of contract length.

The Herald Sun's usual post season list review of the Hawks last year said Meek was out of contract this season, so that's what the stickied list reflected.

Twomey on Gettable today has said contrary to the above, that when he came over, Meek signed a three year deal expiring next season, so I will update the list to reflect this. Whether that's due to some unsaid trigger being met or crossed wires, who knows.
