Yeah, bit disappointing they're having to represent themselves. Would be interesting to see an outcome with some actual legal muscle involved.

That's a bit shocking because I'd have thought there'd be a queue of pro bono lawyers lining up if just for the publicity.

OK, so now after all this, someone has told me that it's probably just delayed. I hope not but we will have to wait and see. I'll keep an eye on it and post here if the new orders appear. If they do it's back to the other tactics already discussed. (The orders are illegal anyway).
Were the tactics:
A. Take the jab and feel like a complete cuck
OR
B. Lose your job, be unable to collect benefits and spend the rest of your life scraping your next meal out of the bin at the back of Woolies?

Not sure if this has been posted before but there are changes planned for the 2015 Bio-security Act that are quite disturbing.

Hence there is a petition to oppose the changes that some may wish to sign.

"We are opposed to the Biosecurity Amendment (Enhanced Risk Management) Bill 2021, specifically in relation to broadening the scope of the current Biosecurity Act 2015 to include biosecurity enforcement orders upon "classes of individuals", specifically requiring them to wear specified clothing or equipment (108M), to be relocated and detained (108L), for an indefinite time (108 (2) ) and to provide body samples to the World Health Organization (108P). While we understand that these changes are meant to be imposed upon groups arriving into the country by plane or vessels, it does not expressly exclude the possibility of it also being applied to other "classes" of people such as the unvaccinated, or to certain ethnic, religious or politicosocial groups residing within Australia."

In a nutshell, there's no evidence for ADE. All the data coming through suggests that of those who are vaccinated and do get breakthrough infection, they're less sick, not more.

Not a comment on you this, but When did less sick become the actual goal btw?

Does anyone remember? It seemed to be about Marchish and came from Dr Fauci who really did a media blitz about it.

Only in relation to ADE is less sick relevant and what I meant, if ADE was occurring the expectation is that with breakthrough infections people would be getting far sicker. Maybe it's too soon to tell, I don't know but as of now ADE doesn't appear to be factoring in.

I hope for anybody who wants the vaccine but just doesn't like what's on offer, that the old school type Novovax comes through but that doesn't seem certain at all.
