are there any indigenous players in the AFL at the moment who has no relation to any past or present player?

Anthony McDonald-Tipungwuti might be the only one without a close relative. Even then I could be wrong, but I'm just not sure.

Jobe played with Dustin, Dustin played with Tim, Tim played with Ken.

Go back to Gary Ablett Junior's first season in 2002. Several of his team mates would have played with Senior, as recently as 6 years before:

Ben Graham
Aaron Lord
Tim McGrath
Peter Riccardi
Brenton Sanderson
Brad Sholl

There was a game against North Melbourne that year where Junior burned off Mick Martyn and kicked a classic goal. The commentator said words to the effect "Mick must be thinking that his Gary Ablett nightmare will never end."

Lou Richards played in the same team with his uncle Alby Pannam for years.
Uncle Alby was only 9 years older than Lou.
Lou debuted in the team at 18 and Alby was a well established 27 year old player.
They played together for 5 seasons before Alby took the playing coach role for Richmond Reserves. He eventually got promoted to their senior coach for 3 seasons.
Lou played for many more years after Alby retired, eventually becoming a Premiership captain and media mega star in retirement.

Both were Pies champions
Lou 250 games 423 goals
Uncle Alby 181 games 453 goals
