Is there anywhere one can find out how many deaths/positive tests are due to Ruby Princess/travel and Aged homes?

The travel I can understand but there seriously must be something wrong with the Aged Homes in Australia and not sure the Royal Commission has found them all.

I would have thought the balance of the deaths/positivist tests that have come from community contact would be very low.

probably not a bad "cooking" ladder - I shall do my research and post a Cwood BF "chefs" ladder :)

It's pretty spot on and that re.

Youd have to say those in the top 4 will be thereabouts again next season.. 5-7 with a decent pre season might surprise a few.. 8-13 well it's not about ladder position for them next season.. 2 or 3 decent pre seasons under their belts bit of r&d and reality checks and shit like that and you might just see em challenge for that coveted 3-4 spot.

For an inaugural season.. thought everyone performed wonderfully well based on their abilities.

Yeah I won the trophy.. but cooking was the real winner in the end.

Bring on season 2021.

One difficult obstacle with aged care homes is cognitive decline. I am aware of one patient who came into hospital and was diagnosed with COVID-19, but was a dementia sufferer and could not be successfully confined to her room. The hospital is not legally permitted to restrain this person. This would also be true in aged care facilities; from maintaining social distancing to hygiene, there are people who can’t adapt to new standards no matter how well regulated the home is.
Cant the get an exeption to be allowed to lock them in their rooms? I understand the restraining rule, we have overweight clients and cant even lock the fridge or pantry. Very frustrating.

They take exception to making exceptions. :(

LOL. Dentists' restrictions have been eased. You may want to check whether your crown can be done.

Anything which stops the inane food discussions would be appreciated
You may not have noticed, but there hasn't been much in the way of football related stuff to discuss. You have to fill an empty hole with something, and I guess food became the filler of choice. If you are looking for someone to blame, you can't go past the Gimp. His bright socks set against the dull plush pile background have for best or worst become a fixture of this thread.

I will be doing whiting fillets sourced from Prahran market. In beer batter. Would normally use an egg wash but forgot to buy eggs. Thought you might want to know.

Ok..

I love the club. Love the team. Love the players. I think the AFL is #@$^& shikhe eytwrh. Lame as they come. Chris Scott is as boring as bat shit.. and so are so many other coaches.. well the majority of em to be honest.. if only someone just understood that's it's not how it's done.. then we'll get our 3peat.. Clarkson and Hardwick are smart enough to have figured out the winning formula..

The Afl is an embarrassment when compared to some of the best leagues in the world..

Over to you..

Those carb cravings at night can be terrible especially if you're not eating much during the day.

Well done for making the decision to improve your eating habits mate. :rainbow: :thumbsu:

Thanks. Well it's all to do with a career change as well, I am studying to become a personal trainer. I was pretty lazy and unmotivated for a couple of years and ate a bunch of crap and my weight blew up but for most of my life I have been very active and sporty and really physical activity is what I get the most enjoyment out of in my life so I am trying to move my career in that direction so I can learn more about what I love doing and also make a positive contribution to others' lives, but at the start at 39 years, 108kg I found the going pretty tough as I noticed the first signs of a decline in my physical abilities and more aches and pains than usual and just not as much spring in my step as I was used to but I gradually got it off. I'm down to 90kg at the moment but the past couple of months has been hard, with the gym being closed and getting towards losing the last 10kg or so it gets even harder so that has really shot me in the foot, I've got a bad knee so I can't run much so I'm running low on options but I'm just dieting extra hard and whereas someone else might go for a 20 minute run or hour bike ride I do it walking, probably go for a 4 hour walk every other day, it's less intense so I just go for longer, I walk 15-20km a day most days, when another 2-3 kgs comes off I should be lean enough to start doing push ups and sit ups and body weight exercises on my bedroom floor as well as the walking and I also shoot a few hoops then hopefully once that gets old and I plateau from that the gyms will reopen but in other ways this whole thing has been a blessing too as it has kept me out of pubs and restaurants and cafes etc. too but I just decided nah I'm not going to be like most other people and come out of this a loser, I'm going to come out a winner and be well ahead of where I was prior to it after it. I took it as a challenge and a chance to truly focus on my goals without much distraction and it's also been a good way of keeping me occupied is chipping away at my health and study.
