That's not how he plays. Batting time on this pitch is proving very difficult. Webster is the only player to have faced more than 100 balls in the entire match. As I said previously, you would have taken 1/39 at the start of the innings.
Parklands stuff. Feet planted and goes the slog at a ball that didn't need to be played at all.
Can only guess he was told to get the runs quickly with Bumrah out but that was just a totally irresponsible.

As good as it was it does make me a bit angry to think just how many games has CAs Mitch Marsh obsession cost us over the years. If Marsh played this game we lose.

Australia make the World Test Championship Final for the second year running. We play South Africa at Lord's in June. What pisses me off is that the WTC Final is played in pommy land. It smacks of the AFL Grand Final always being played at the MCG. Regardless as to where it is played it would be nice to add to the South African chokers record.
