• No more than 2 players for any given country
• Debut AFTER 1970
• Must select one player from each decade with at least 10 matches played (Exception if debut is in the 2020s)
• Must pick a team to suit the ground
• Players must not have played in the same team
• Must choose at least one player from all of the following countries
  • Australia
  • New Zealand
  • England
  • Pakistan
  • India
  • Sri Lanka
  • West Indies
  • South Africa
  • Zimbabwe
  • Bangladesh

From 7 am to 11pm you have 8 hours to select a player. If you miss you can make up later.
If you know you're going to be busy please send a pick to someone who's behind you, or myself and I won't read it unless I have to.
If you do come online, please submit your pick before leaving so we can keep the game rolling.

But in theory Saeed Anwar, Younis Khan and Mohammed Yousuf would be good picks for a similar role

at least Joe Root can back up Muttiah in the bowling attack.

Filling out the last few picks is going to be ****ing hard.

Your rules specifically stated must have a player who played 10 tests in each decade excluding the 2020s (which I read just someone who had played in 2020s).

So I guess Richards still counts as eligible but you need another 70s player.

I wanted to take him ages ago, particularly because he has one of the best records in Aus as a foreign spinner, however I didn’t read the rules thoroughly enough and couldn’t take him as I already had Bumrah

Are they really that important?

If you stack the bowling attack all you need is someone who can bowl a couple extra overs if required.

Marshall, Steyn and Bumrah at the Gabba, I don’t think not having a fourth seamer is gonna hurt too much.

my wording was ambiguous but intention was to ensure everyone had every decade covered.

I should have simplified it to be straight up Debuted in each decade. That would have made it easier to understand.

I'm trying to finish off making sure I have a player who debuted in every decade. But I can't go Ollie Robinson now due to the teammates rule.
