Realistically the batting order is meaningless, and there would probably be some "Tim David comes in after the next wicket after the 13th over" policy or something to that effect

Tell you what, he probably needs to get his eye in for the first four overs but he'd create mayhem against teams like France, Turkey etc. I still expect him to be going at 12 an over in those first four but after that the ball could really be going

This is only preliminary stage of the qualifiers. But Italy should sweep this series to a record degree with someone of Burns' quality in the side. They'll hit more issues in the next stage with potentially Ireland,Scotland and Netherlands

Italy have been quite aggressive at chasing down players with eligibility for a while now. Spencer Johnson was going to turn out for them last year, before someone from Cricket Australia had a quiet word with him probably.

Australia are playing a warm up against Namibia currently. They limited Namibia to 119 which is probably a good sign. Particularly as you can completely change the team between batting and bowling, and Namibia had 9 batters, while Australia had one of the worst bowling attacks they'd had in a while.

All the players with recent IPL games were rested, so it wouldn't surprise me.

Not that they were needed, the total was chased down in 10 overs.

None of the warmups seem to be broadcast, which seems to be policy this year.

The ICC did make a big announcement last year that all ICC events would be televised though. I'll be interested if Amazon actually provide them all here

PNG are a true minnow, and looked like they'd struggle to make double figures against Akeal Hosein's bowling. But eked out 136 in the end.

Theres a rain delay. But WI - 1/8 after 1.5 overs in reply. And they had a 2nd LBW that should have been out, that wasn't reviewed.

The broadcast quality has been perfectly fine for me. No stream issues either. But, the ads are obnoxious and seem excessive (even though they aren't every over).

Also, The live games have a dynamic "rapid recap" highlights package which zips through the highlights of the game so far to get caught up. It's pretty great, but there's no highlights package after the match is finished for some reason, only the full replay.
