Well an understatement but that’s a bad wicket to lose after all the hard work, lucky with a drop but Marnus looked magnificent today.
Held the innings together, when wickets were falling all around him.

Need the tail to wag some more though...

I know we all want Marsh out of the team (me too) but Beau Webster is a pretty mediocre cricketers imho

Good Shield contributor but not quite test standard with bat or ball

Aaron Hardie I rate higher

Only if you really deviate from the original line you take, he had the opportunity in his turning circle to go up the middle of the pitch but chose the wrong line and actually changed direction to run away from the stumps, a mess all round
No, he would have had to run from the side of the pitch where he was to the middle of the pitch

Happy with either.

Unfortunately for Hardie he’s seems to have become increasingly injury prone and heavily managed with his bowling since coming into Aussie set up and inconsistent with his performances.

You don’t have to always run up the side of the pitch you do get theoretically one chance (warning) to run on the middle of the pitch without being sent out, if you deviate from your original line yes you are out obstructed the field but if you take that original line up the middle of the pitch when you turn around you can get away with it.

You can't

They've tightened that rule

If he'd wheeled around onto the middle of the pitch he would have been given out
