We took a long time to get to 400 test players, Haddin was 400 in 2008

Since then we have had 55 debutants and geez there’s been some shit in there

Head reminds me of Desmond Haynes early doors.

Siddle has been ok but compare him to his Pakistani equivalent. Better economy, less pace, more movement, more trouble for the batsmen, more wickets.

Siddle needs too many things in his favour to be a threat, when the stars don't align he bowls straight up and down... it's like taking corn from a blind cocky at test level.

The first two need to show some Shield form. Agree about Fergie. Mitch averages under 30 and two tons in 29 Tests were made on autobahns. MM is the worst Oz player to have played so many Tests.

I've always been a knocker of Usman , but that was something else he took it right up to the Pakies , never allowing the bowlers to get in to a groove. Paine doing what a skipper should .

Only change I could see is Renshaw in for labuschagne. Would be harsh though.

Agar for Holland is a no brainer.
M Marsh is VC, no way they are dropping him.
S Marsh has enough recent runs to hold his spot.
Siddle should be left out.
