Cricketers and Short Sleeves

I first noticed Steve Harmison doing this a while ago, and ever since it has annoyed the shit out or me. After every delivery, and all the way back to his bowling mark, he'll pul his sleeves up to his shoulders.

Cullen Bailey is another shocker. I don't reckon it would be to do with heat, I've seen Bailey do it on overcast days, and he's just a spinner.

So does anyone know why they do it?

Maybe it has something to do with limitting the restriction put on the rotation of their arm while they bowl?

I haven't seen much of Cullen Bailey so yeah lol, although Dan Cullen takes it to the extreme and in my opinion it makes him look ridiculous.

I am pretty sure, when it comes to performing his best, he really doesn't give a shit what he looks like. Just a thought.

He even has his own special shortened shirt so he doesn't have to keep messing with it

Cullen looks like a tool anyway, but the shortened sleeves emphasise his pencil arms, making him look even worse

It's to do with giving your arm an easier range of movement. Warnie did it heaps as well.
