I have noticed this cycle that the common memes and terms from last cycle have definitely reduced significantly.
Last cycle it was all about to the moon, lambos, diamond hands and wojak videos/memes.
Not seem any of that so far.

Yeah but he's no good at all for identifying possibly decent returns from newly launched or relatively new projects.

That's what she did. She's part of a small telegram group and they are constantly doing deep dive research. One of the group saw it pop up and they went full deep dive mode and were able to verify its authenticity.
So sniper is correct.
She's a successful trader (so is her Mum) and so indeed she put in a large sum of money on that initial buy. Already sold out.
Going to be a very interesting period for XRP. This is still simply hype. One of my favourite projects that could see real world use. Im a long time holder.

Real world use doesn't matter nearly as much as this:
Young people like memes which is about as useful as anything else in cryptoland. Don't middle-curve it.
I started in November and for the first time: I bought a coin and it actually went up after I bought it. Jupiter went up 35%. Was this whales getting onboard? Only regret was not putting in more but then I would have sacrificed the other 5 coins I consolidated and bought into.
I only have a small stake in Shib. Chill guy got decimated in short time. I did set up a experimental spot account for meme coins and I'm down 35% for $100 investment
Meme coins are too volatile and risky for long term prospects. People change and trends change. Who say's "I know right" anymore? I think if you're going to jump on meme coins, jump in early and take 3-4x in short period of time and get out. You're basically banking on everyone being either dumb or greedier.
I considered XRP but went on other coins and I'm not getting any more than 11.
Can't find him on YT but the South African guy I was watching saying just choose the market leaders in 5 or so categories. I winged it when I started and had to consolidate a whole heap of coins. I took a risk with some coins though
I ****ed up and had to consolidate and left two project coins to get back up.
I've set up my coins as ADA, SAND, SUI, JUP as my mains at double, then The Graph, Orchid, Maker as the next tier, then Lisk and Portal the next (Portal has ****ing savaged me). Polkadot hasn't done me well either.

The most trustworthy (for lack of a better word) that teaches you about market cycles and how to play the long game is Bob Loukas. He puts out a 30min vid on his YouTube channel every few months. They are primarily focused on Bitcoin, but he will talk a little bit about altcoins and how they function in the market. If you have the time, you should listen to some of the videos from previous years. He also has a fantastic Twitter feed without the carry-on of every other CryptoTwitter flog.

He doesn´t **** around with shitcoins so much He's all about picking winners that go the distance.
Bitcoin, Solana, Tesla, Microstrategy.
And he picked them all early.
I've gone all in with nothing to lose. Don't want to look back and say oh I could have bought that.
hopefully I can get into Bitcoin at the next drop and go from there with a solid investment.
