Might be a bit gay but start Yoga. They teach you how to concentrate on your breathing and relaxing as well as the stretches.

I remember on day i had a bad sleep and went to Yoga in the morning. We had to do this relaxing thing for 10 minutes at the end. I actually fell asleep in that. The instructor had to wake me up.
