McKenna, Connor- Wait and see. Play him off HB in the VFL so we see what he has.

Gwilt, James - +1 but should play behind Stieny. Only there for depth & finals experience

Browne, Alex - +2 if he can sting the games together. This guy needs to get elevated, big future IMO.

Pears, Tayte - Pity but gone. Trade if possible.

McKernan, Shaun - Upgrade to main list.

Steinberg, Ariel - Upgrade. To replace Fleth in 3rd tall back.

Kavanagh, Elliott - Just not up to it unfortunately. Gone.

Aylett, Kurt – Needs a big one in VFL. If he can break into Seniors +1

O'Brien, Nicholas – Make him VFL captain, he is great at that level.

Chapman, Paul – +1 if he is keen

Fletcher, Dustin – Time to coach

Baguley, Mark - +3-4 Keeper

Dempsey, Courtenay - Trade if we can.

Carlisle, Jake - Offer +3-5 years on $500K now, if he stalls, prepare to draft, ideally Slone/Smith/Aish+picks

Fantasia, Orazio - +2 needs time to grow

Bellchambers, Tom - +3 we need some stability in the ruck

Dalgleish, Lachlan - +2 if he overtakes Dempsey this year, Seniors need his line breaking ability

Melksham, Jake - +3 we dont have the midfield depth not to secure

Just spotted Jake Carlisle here in Adelaide tonight. He was at my wife's netball game. He was hosted by Paddy Ryder as his wife was playing. Didn't know who he was at first as other Port players were there watching their g'f's and I couldn't recognise him as one of the Power players. My son wanted a pic with Paddy and as I got closer at the end of the match I instantly recognised his mother tattoo, or darlene, or whatever it is, on his left arm.

Ryder and Carlisle are good mates - There is a famous photo on FB of the two sharing breakfast at the time that Ryder was leaving EFC.
