You’d have to say Italy, based on the fact there’s a few Aussie first class cricketers they can call on if keen. They could probably build an XI of eligible players from across the first XI grade cricket comps of Australia tbh, that alone would put them in 5th spot.
next WC there will be more teams apparently so thats a step in the right direction. These associate teams have come along alot in recent years.
Should probably temper that by saying that Sri Lanka didn't lose a game and rarely looked troubled, so i wouldn't expect the associates to be causing too many boil overs.

Italy ended up almost beating Ireland at the European qualifying for the T20 World Cup (Ireland won by 7 runs) but then got smashed by Scotland. Jersey got smashed by Ireland but ran Scotland close. Italy beat Jersey and look like they'll end up finishing third in qualifying (behind Scotland and Ireland) but miss out on the World Cup.
Ben Manenti has almost been their worst player too.
Is Spencer Johnson playing for them?
