D Booth - 1st or 2nds

Booth Dropped this weekend what are your thoughts?

He might as well keep going down to the 3rds!

He was a first player all last year....
came top 5 in the B + F therefore he is obviously a first player who is merely experiencing poor form....and no doubt can work his way back into the first team...

Yeh, he may have been playing firsts this year, but its all over for Darcy Booth now. He will play maybe a few more games in the 1sts, but he will no doubt play more games in the 2nds this year. Next year he might as well take up Darts or Volleyball, because he is finished, hasen't grown in about 5 years!

Ive played against Darcy in Ovens and Murray before i moved down to Brighton, look out Xavs this year!

hmmm you would hope he is just in a really bad form patch because he had minimal impact playing in the 2s on the weekend. Looks like he will struggle to gain his spot back as his speed lets him down and tries to do too much. Good luck to him because he's a top bloke

id say he was more of a solid as a rock midfielder type, you were quick to talk him down after pumping him up all pre season. give him one more week in the twos for confidence sake and booth will walk back into the firsts.

I think he is a quality player....

Just correcting an earlier post saying he would play 1sts all year.
Clearly not correct, coz he just missed one!

If Xavier are going to threaten the other good sides - he needs to be playing well.
