Hey Taskmaster, you guys are undefeated so far, great % and play a sharp brand of footy. You guys should be and deserve to be confident. I rekon they used to say the same about Ali. The only thing left for you guys now is to go all the way and win the flag. In D4 this year, its wide open so as long as your not ahead of yourself (And you would know if you where) then keep on truckin. Good to see a young club with bravado. I am sure the confidence is not from a lack of hard work on and off the track.

I am sure it wont be too long before centrals can attain that confidence in ourselves and give you guys a spanking come the next time we play you and hopefully finals.

Is spot on and what every player should have within themselves, and what every coach should instill in his players.

Just remember its a long season and when things don't go your way, keep fighting like you did on Saturday. You guys earned alot of respect from us (As did Albert Park) and you are definatly on our hit list for next time!

Hey taskmaster,
Surely your club can't be too happy with your posting and you returning to the forum and posting stuff that makes them look over confident. I was at the game on the week end. There was definately respect shown from both sides. As i stated before in the forum your club seems to have a great bunch of blokes.

Sneako, I am not sure how I have given SFX a bad name??? I have never said anything bad about the club. I apologise for being confident in our ability!! (Its wat I learnt from a very early age) And I will fly the flag for the club, just like you and all other forum users would/do.

We live in an opinionated country and every one has an opinion, so sorry you dont like my opinions, but wat do you do.

My Tips...(if it matters)

Eley Park in an upset, play the small ground well
Mt Lilydale in a close one...just starting to get a couple of players back
Albert Park will win on the back of last weeks performance
Richmond looking alright to win, ran SFX to the wire last week
WB will beat NB, no neighbourly love this week
Haven't seen Kew yet so I'll stick with SFX by 13 points

99% of "us" - are you referring to SFX specifically or everyone on this forum?

What junior clubs teach youngsters to talk so much about their own club and their club's achievements and aspirations in the public arena?

Here's an idea - stop talking about yourself.

Dan Penny was seen during the week practicing his shots from 50m out and had a mate blowing a car horn just before he took each kick.:D
