All I know is it has been a super effort on his part to be tagged and double teamed every week yet still play every game this year on a knee that needed surgery back in March.

Penny may be a good player but him not getting surgery when he needs it shouldn't make him more worthy of a spot in the team of a year

You will probably find most blokes running around at this time of year with injuries, some in the T.O.T.Y. some not, probably shouldnt start to say "he should be in becuase of this and that" just pick it on who deserves to be in it.

Dishon destroyed RC six weeks ago on the ball ... And hasn't rated much of a mention here. McIndoe is the best ruck in the league IMO.

Coach of the year;
My 3,not in any order
Witchell,Kew;Quietly going about the job.
Hickey,Centrals;Team building for future.
DeBono,Syndal;struggle street with injuries and not able to get best on the paddock but still kept em coming.

For mine there are other factors than winning games.

I was not putting him forward at all. I was saying, in effect, that he was below his best this year. But there were good reasons. We at BHN still admire his effort.

If I were to put people fwd from BHN I'd probably bunk up Irvine at CHB.
Though Machine was again pretty impassable at Full Back he has struggled with injury for the last 6 games.

I have sighted some comments on this forum regarding the rating's of clubs trainers and I can say with my hand on my heart (yes i said heart) that the Mountain Men have that premiership wrapped up. !!

YEs they were alright.... Those ML trainers... must be said.

If we are to rate the best, lets not leave out the worst! I know u guys dont see the same trainers we do this year (not missing much), but hands down, ugliest most disgusting firebox/ralph malph looking, eat an apple through a pickett fence trainer head like a half chewed twistie or dropped pie trainer goes to the EX (and i cant figure how she ever made money out of this career) stripper trainer from elsternwick. She really looks like she ate the three billygoats gruff.

condolences to Elsternwick. No wonder their injuries dont heal, none of them want to go near her for strapping or rubs.

Picks for this week

X Men by 10 goals
Syndal by 20 points
Kew by 11 points
Albert Park by 37 points
BHN by 25 points
West Brunswick by 16 goals

If these tips are to be correct the following week will see

Qualifying Final

Kew v X Men

Elimination Final

Albert Park v Mount Lilydale

Should be a cracking finals series. Albert Park must kicking themselves after their close loss to the Mountain Men as it has certainly cost them the double chance.
