So I guess most teams are starting pre-season next week? Just as well the warm weather has arrived :( I went for a run at lunch the other day and nearly collapsed. It reminded me of those few pre-season sessions where you get sunburnt after 6pm its that bloody hot.

Just a setup fee for the embroidery if you buy less than 50.

You can buy other merch though to spread the embroidery cost around...ie 25 polos + 25 jackets there is no setup fee

by the way, i have been a keen reader of the D4 thread and may even have a bit of a regular input this year.

I think my alias here gives me away, but if not, the news that the Green and Gold commence training on the 27th (just when the heat will probably really kick in) shold definately give it away.

Latrobe played finals 2007 in D3 and lost quite a lot of players in 08. Shledrick and Ludeman are qulaity players.
Swinburne have have played d3 for the last 3 years, during that 3 years they didn't play senior finals but did win the seconds flag in 07. Whiting is a very good player and if they could get Higgins and Milano up and about up forward then they may be a handful.
If Latrobe get players back then they could be like West Brunswick. They play Kew in round 1 so we will find out soon enough.
 
Any news on Albert Park how they are travelling who they have picked up. Ive recently moved from playing both wimmera league and Bellarine footy league and may be lacing up there any thoughts on the club would be great Cheers

AP are probably favourites for the D4 flag this year... Along with Kew and Mt Lilydale. Eley Park were getting stronger towards the end of the year as well and could be a dark horse.

Agreed. Lots of teams will find out how thery're travelling ove rthe next two weeks. Always lots of promise this time of year - just how many of the super recruits turn up dictates how quickly a team can improve.
 
30 on the track tonight the usual suspects at the front of the time trial bit harder this yr with a couple of hills and it being 35 but positive start for the crew
